AFC Bournemouth vs Nottingham Forest Predictions, Betting Tips and Match Previews

  • Bournemouth are unbeaten at the Vitality Stadium this season, winning four and drawing two of their six starts.
  • The Cherries have kept three clean sheets from their half dozen home games.
  • Nottingham Forest have lost four of their six away matches this term (W1, D1).
  • The visitors have scored just twice on the road and have failed to net in four of their six away fixtures.

More Away Anguish for Forest

Bournemouth stormed back from two goals down to beat Reading 4-2 here at the weekend and the Cherries can follow-up this Tuesday to make it three league victories on the spin when they square off against Nottingham Forest.

A brace from Dominic Solanke top-tailed a superb comeback success for Jason Tindall’s side who are now unbeaten in six at the Vitality Stadium this term with four wins and two draws.

The result lifted Bournemouth up to second in the Championship standings and with only one defeat to their name in 12 starts this season, the Cherries are firm favourites this week to dispatch a Forest side who have lost four of their six matches on the road.

The Tricky Trees posted much needed back to back home wins against Coventry City (2-0) and Wycombe (2-1) before the international break, but their poor away form continued at the weekend as Barnsley ran out 2-0 winners at Oakwell.

That was the fourth occasion that Chris Hughton’s men have failed to score on their travels this season and we expect them to come up dry on Tuesday once more against a Bournemouth backline that have maintained three clean sheets in six home matches.

All in all, the hosts look an extremely solid bet here to see off the 20th placed visitors and with another clean sheet beckoning for Bournemouth, we’re also predicting a 2-0 correct score.
