- Rangers are unbeaten in their last 20 Scottish Premiership games, a run that dates back to March.
- Steven Gerrard’s side have won all nine of their home league games this season, conceding just once.
- Hibs have lost on each of their last three visits to Ibrox.
Rangers to extend perfect home record
Rangers will head into the busy festive period with a 16-point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership standings, while they are yet to taste defeat in the league this season, winning 17 of their 19 games.
That imperious record gets even more impressive when you focus on just their home form, as they have won all nine of their league games at Ibrox this season by an aggregate score of 31-1.
However, there have been one or two signs that Rangers may be set to enter a sticky patch, as they saw their unbeaten start to the season across all competitions ended by St Mirren in the League Cup earlier this month.
Steven Gerrard’s side have returned to winning ways since then, but three of their last four victories have been by two goals or less, so we are not predicting a hefty victory on Saturday.
Hibs certainly should prove stiff opposition, as Jack Ross’ side are unbeaten in nine across all competitions and moved back up to third in the standings with their midweek win over St Mirren.
The Edinburgh outfit have also won three games on the spin on the road, but they have lost on each of their last three visits to Ibrox and we’re predicting them to come up short once again on Saturday, with Rangers prevailing 2-0.
